Zig Zag rocks!! I do only one fatty day a week, but if I plateau, I find that adding 2 in a row seems to break it. Along with Clen/T3, fat has been melting off me. Did you read it on Dr Squat's page?

No I didn't read it on Dr Squat page, I read about it in The BB bible I think, but I've heard about this type of dieting a long time ago, tried it a couple of times when in food frenzy, but I never tried it on a serious basis...I'll give it a try, but on your fatty day's you lower your carb and protein intake ? you put yourself into ketosis for a day ?

Naw, on your fatty days, eat whatever. The trick is this: When you go with a low fat diet over time, the body thinks it may be in famine mode and will begin to adjust your metabloism (slowing it). The zag day of fats will trick your body out of that reflex. You'll keep your metabolism high that way. On my day, I get fatty, bullshit foods. It's pretty much a cheat day, although I don't go nuts. Just get some fast food or something in there. Keep protein high, as usual.
